An Invitation to Exit the Madness and Pray

So, March is here and it seems that maybe – just maybe – the spring thaw is here to!! Fantastic …
I wanted to bring you up to date with some of the news from the emerging 24-7 Prayer community here in Saskatoon. There are a few of us who are really keen on creating a space for prayer that people like you and others can access as a prayer retreat, a refuge, a place of inspiration and rest. We’ve been trying to build a bit of a prayer rhythm into this by hosting a prayer weekend every month …
This is your invitation to step out of the mad pace of life for an hour or so and “be still” with the Lord.
You can signup at: here for the hour of your choosing. It’s then your hour. You can come alone … bring a friend or your family … you can dance, sing, raise your voice in praise and prayer … you can sit, be still, read, paint, write … it’s all up to you as you express your heart to the Father and listen to his reply …
It takes place at Cornerstone Church and if you signup for an hour you can access the room via the outside door marked “The Loft” (near the bus).
